Group Accountant opportunity within a fast-growing Private Equity backed business offering international exposure, responsibility for multiple subsidiary businesses and career progression to Group Finance Manager. THE COMPANY This fast-growing service sector business operates across the UK and EMEA regions and has recently received Private Equity Investment to support international growth. The Group has a clear, well defined growth strategy involving the opening of new sites and operations in several countries throughout the next 5 years. THE OPPORTUNITY An opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious, ACA / ACMA / ACCA Qualified Accountant which will involve supporting the CFO and Group FC with all aspects of accounts and finance for a growing International Group. Joining the Head Office Finance Team as Group Accountant your duties and responsibilities will include: Reviewing subsidiary accounts and producing detailed Monthly Management Accounts to include reconciled Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statement Investigating variances within subsidiary accounts and resolving accounting anomalies Analysing and reporting on KPI's across the Group Involvement in Budgeting, Forecasting and Re-forecasting procedures for a number of subsidiaries This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Qualified Accountant to join a fast-growing PE backed business and gain excellent Group Accounting exposure within an international business environment.
