A growing and highly profitable SME business with a real focus to double turnover in the next 2-3 years. This business operates internationally. The business is looking to grow and scale up quickly, improving on already impressive growth numbers exceeding 200% over the last 2 years. This role will be number one in Finance reporting to a highly capable CEO. The current situation in finance is very stable and well run and as such the role will be focused on commercial and strategic growth. The business is in a great position and currently privately owned. This position is being considered as possible succession planning and could progress into a Managing Director role. You will be a qualified Accountant with experience in high growth SME environments. Previous experience scaling and growing a business is essential. In terms of industry experience, a lean towards B2B business experience would be preferable, as well as the operating internationally. This business sits in a very desirable space and sector. The target of the company is to work towards a transaction so experience in raising capital, IPO, business sale or M&A would also be seen as a distinct advantage.
