Being at the forefront of online retail innovation, the company is experiencing fast growth and now requires an AP clerk to join the growing team. This role is suited to a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 2yrs experience within the consumer industry, having worked in a similar role. Responsibilities High volume invoice processing onto financial system, ensuring accuracy Building relationships with relevant stakeholders within business and external suppliers Supplier account reconciliations and discrepancy resolutions Assisting with the payment run process, adhering with supplier payment terms Supplier account maintenance Resolving both internal and external queries relating to ledger Ownership of 200 supplier accounts We'd love to meet someone with Experience working with PO stock invoices is a must Comfortable working with finance systems Proficient on Microsoft Excel Highly organised with attention to detail Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment Retail experience ideal Ability to work within a team A passion for all things fashion, beauty and lifestyle This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a social and collaborative environment going through an exciting period of growth.
