Finance Business Partner

Your new company

My client is an authority funded by government based in Central London. They are recruiting for a Lead Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organising own work in order to ensure that personal and department/directorate deadlines are met through delivery of high quality financial services. You will establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with staff of all levels. You will implement and maintain robust management systems to record and report of funds received from external sources including liaising with departmental heads as necessary. In addition, you will prepare financial information and provide advise as well as, liaising with budget holders for allocation and setting up of the department budget.

What you'll need to succeed

It is essential to be a qualified accountant with advanced Excel skills. You will have experience of providing advice and support on the financial cycle which will include budget monitoring and in-year monitoring.

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive a salary of between £37362 - £44116 per annum, dependant on experience, including an excellent benefits package.
