An "end to end" Financial Controller role for an exciting, growing, business.
Client Details
A growing, International property business.
Description
The Financial Controller will be responsible for running a team of 7 to ensure that the business is given a first class service from the Finance team.
The role is all encompassing and will combine the hands on with the more strategic.
Working closely with the business, the FC will prepare insightful financial and management information for presentation to the board and investors. They will manage the managing accounting for the business, ensure that the credit control function works efficiently, manage the financial accounting and reporting, manage the audit process and ensure that Finance helps the business to continue it's impressive growth.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who is comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic business.
Previous people management experience is highly desirable.
The ability to switch from a highly commercial and strategic focus, to ensuring the "nitty gritty" aspects of finance work well is essential.
A pro-active, get stuck in approach is also essential.
Experience of the Property or Hospitality sectors is useful, but not essential.
