Permanent Credit Controller, Glasgow City Centre (Parking), £21,000 + £500 bonus, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm


Your new company
Based in Glasgow City Centre, my client, working exclusively with Hays, is seeking a credit controller to join their accounting team on a permanent basis. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and there is free onsite parking, although the organisation is easily accessible by public transport also.

Your new role
Reporting into the Credit Team Manager, you will be responsible for duties including but not limited to;

• A mix of high value and high volume collections via telephone and email
• Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing credit limits
• Liaising with customers around queries
• Reconciliations of ledgers
• Producing sales invoices and monthly statements

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident and proactive individual, with excellent credit control and accounts receivable knowledge. You will deal with a range of clients, and therefore must be adaptable and personable. Working in a fast-paced team, you will be a team player who can work efficiently on your own initiative.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered an annual salary of £21,000 per annum, plus a bonus worth £500 quarterly.
