Job Summary Responsible for the accurate financial data of Germanys legal entity, incl. export operations to Austria and local eShop, ensuring that management books are maintained accordingly to CFP. Ensure adequate corporate governance. Responsible for establishing accurate Financial plans (Budgets & LEs) and for monitoring closely performance against plans and indicating timely risks & opportunities. Provide financial analysis to the management team to support relevant business decisions. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the integrity of the Companys financial accounting records and systems, ensuring the financial closings and reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Provide adequate financial information of the companys result to the Management Team. Prepare the Financial Plans (Budgets and LEs) in an accurate and timely manner. Provide adequate details and analysis by market in order to ensure the plan is robust and help to prepare the review decks. Monitor and analyze closely actual performance against plans laid out and indicate timely areas of opportunity and risk. Support by analyzing the business results and effectiveness of the commercial plans (incl. promotional grid) and by contributing actively in the business planning meetings in order to drive effectiveness and efficiency of commercial investments. Leverage systems (SAP, P2A) & tools to develop efficient transactions and better analytics. Responsibility for the eShop PnL, incl. customer/product mix analysis, control over rebates, supporting commercial initiatives with various PnL simulations and leading SAP implementation where necessary. Ensure that cooperate governance is maintained at all times. Together with Finance manager secure full SOX and internal audit compliance. Work closely with other departments in the local organization to drive financial understanding and discipline as well as compliance to key processes. Coordinate the local Funding the Growth efforts and results. Ensure a proper credit management. Champion programs aimed at driving efficiencies and/or savings.
