Gain and maintain knowledge of accounting systems, SAP, HFM, Quote to Cash and SE proprietary system for balance sheet reconciliations, BAAT Support the BAAT as administrators assistant for SEUSA Gain and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures Maintain accounting practices that comply with the most recent international financial reporting standards Engage in international accounting standard up-date and compliance change activities Provide analysis of account activity for specifically assigned balance sheet accounts and reconcile and investigate any discrepancies Interact effectively with external auditors to ensure that all audit requests are completed in a timely manner Assist with the implementation of new accounting procedures & requirements Prepare monthly recurring and ad-hoc journal entries Participate in balance sheet reviews, process standardization for key reserves and centralized governance of balance sheet metrics for enhanced compliance and quality Be engaged in special projects and ad hoc reporting needs Engage in System upgrade testing and implementation Intercompany invoice data input and analysis Qualifications This job might be for you if Current student pursuing degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area Able to work part-time (17.5 hours per week max) during semester We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
