Interim Financial Accountant required for an expanding business located in the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will take on a range of duties such as consolidation of results, statutory accounting, financial analysis, audit preparation and further ad-hoc project duties. The successful Financial Accountant will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) however, qualified by experience candidates are also encouraged to apply. You will need a strong track record of 'hitting the ground running' alongside excellent communication skills. This Financial Accountant position will support the the Financial Controller directly and wider finance team. This role in being offered for an initial period of 3 months with an opportunity for extension. Due to the temporary nature of this position you will be available at short notice (one week maximum).
