Accounts Receivable Watford Salary Negotiable Full Time We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable individual for our client who has over 20 years' experience servicing UK businesses. Our client provides excellent customer service, rewards and values their staff. The right candidate for the Accounts Receivable role will join a fast-paced business and a target driven team. Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable role: You will manage direct debit business customers Calling all direct debit customers whose payments have been cancelled or bounced Set up direct debits with new customers Ensuring all payment plans are up to date Ensuring all ad-hoc payments are up to date Dealing with enquiries and work complaints Liaise with all customers and solve any customer queries Liaise with management when blocking Direct Debit debts Any other duties given by management The perfect candidate for the Accounts Receivable role will have: Previous experience within a similar sector e.g. credit control Previous experience working with direct debit files Attention to detail and great organisational skills Experience in building and keeping internal and external relationships A "can-do" attitude with a positive attitude Intermediate level of Word and Excel What our client can offer the Accounts Receivable individual: Competitive salary Benefits packages Life insurance and private medical insurance Day off on your birthday and enhanced annual leave options Income protection Pension scheme Much more Successful candidates of the Accounts Receivable post will be contacted within two weeks of application.
