Adecco are working with a Finance Company in Blackpool who are looking for a Booking Assistant to join their company. Position: Book Keeper Assistant

Salary:
£17,000 - 18,000 My Client is seeking a bookkeeping assistant with a background in accounts to join there existing, growing team. Training will be provided on there unique systems in order to support you in your new role. In this position, you will be responsible for some of the day to day bookkeeping duties to their clients. These duties will include: Accounts Payable & Receivable Job Reconciliations BACS Payment Runs General Administration Tasks The ideal candidate will be competent in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word & Excel, have good admin and organisational skills, the ability to manage time and prioritise work, an attention to detail and good telephone manner. Experience of QuickBooks is preferred but not required as training will be given. Experience within Book keeping is essential.
