An exciting opportunity to personally influence the Bank's Capital Infrastructure Strategy. The Finance Change department provides change delivery services to Finance partners, including large-scale regulatory change. The Balance Sheet, Leverage and Capital Program has recently developed a multi-year infrastructure implementation strategy using Big Data technology. There is currently an open position for Senior Delivery Manager on the Balance Sheet, Leverage and Capital Program based in our London office, in Canary Wharf. You should have an excellent track record in large-scale regulatory infrastructure change and be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas with concrete examples:You will be responsible for delivery of a Harmonised Capital Calculator bringing together the consolidated needs of the Investment Bank and Private Bank in line with tight regulatory adoption timelinesYou will establish and grow a multi-location global team across London, Switzerland and India to support the delivery planYou will be responsible for harmonisation of data, infrastructure and business processes across Swiss and Non-Swiss environmentsYou will build and develop a data control framework (in conjunction with business process controls) - ensure data integrity with upstream systems and across the delivery (incl.
