Due to a sustained period of growth and succession planning they are looking to appoint a partner designate to join the management team and help drive the firm forward. The current partners are fully aware that they will need to provide support and guidance, however they are looking for a individual who has the drive and ambition to manage client base and deliver a first class service. The Company The firm has been operating for well over 60 years and has 5 partners and 3 offices, in London and Hertfordshire. They offer an outstanding service to their clients. They have an impressive record for retaining staff and promoting from within, most of the present partners have come up through the ranks. Personal requirements The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who has worked at a senior level within an accountancy practice and who has the skills to manage both jobs and staff. It is not a prerequisite that you have a fee following however would be a distinct advantageous.
