This role will oversee and manage the Payroll of the UK payroll for weekly, 4 weekly and monthly employees and oversee the managing a team of 2. This person needs to have extensive experience of in-house payroll from start to finish Some of the responsibilities include: Managing a small team of 1 to 2 people; Overseeing and processing the payroll; Ensuring that payrolls procedures are maintained and adhered to; Be a key figure in implementing a new payroll system in the next 12 months. Background of candidate: Someone who has a positive outlook and a problem solver; Extensive payroll knowledge from start to finish - on house; Strong personality and be able to communicate with senior stakeholders.
