Job Place is recruiting on behalf of an IT Services company for an experienced Payroll and Benefits HR Assistant on a permanent basis in London City Centre. The primary purpose of the HR Assistant is to support the HR Team with payroll and benefit duties and will include the following - Processing of new starters and leavers onto the Payroll Systems (HRIS Payroll) - Entering all payroll data, both fixed and variable payments - Processing payroll runs - Respond to any payroll or benefit enquiries. - Conduct annual reviews into benefit entitlement and liaise with suppliers of benefit incentives etc - Produce and manage sickness reporting plus other simple reports The company offers a host of benefits, including contributory pension, healthcare and bonuses along with clear career development opportunities. Plus, a supportive and encouraging senior management team. We are looking for applications from experienced HR Assistants with an emphasis on Payroll and Benefit Administration, along with good MS Excel (pivot tables) and MS Word, a can-do attitude and demonstrable experience in working in an HR Assistant role.
