A leading business in the global Insurance market, who have recently expanded, look to add value and grow their team through the appointment of a Catastrophe Modelling Analyst. Our Client are a specialist Insurance group who cover a range of business classes. The group Catastrophe modelling team is part of a wider Underwriting Risk and Reinsurance function that reports to the group CUO. You will be at the centre of the wider exposure management team with a diverse range of deliverables and challenges. You will gain exposure to working under new management and be part of an ambitious team that will lead the drive in transforming the image of Exposure management within the business. Utilising your analytical and technical capabilities, you will support the group in the roll-up process, work on development projects, get involved in analytical projects and have the opportunity to work alongside the Head of Catastrophe research. To apply, you will need to have prior Catastrophe Modelling experience across any classes with strong technical skills and experience using SQL as a minimum requirement with Python and R both being useful additions.
