Senior Group Reporting Manager We are supporting a $200m global engineering and services group with the recruitment of a new and pivotal position - that of Senior Group Reporting Manager. Based at their UK Head office in Farnborough the role will focus on the statutory and technical accounting requirements of the Group. The role is a mix of Group reporting, technical accounting, budgetary control and finance systems development. The Senior Group Reporting Manager will be responsible for: Leading the half year and full year Group accounts production process from subsidiary submissions through to accounts publication. Preparing technical accounting papers for presentation at the Audit Committee. Delivering continuous improvements to the new Group consolidation system and various other finance transformation projects. Leading a direct small team of managers and an indirect teamProviding support to the Group Financial Controller on: Developing and maintaining the Group Accounting Manual and Finance procedure notes. Maintaining systems and processes to ensure a robust Group-wide control environment Managing and leading annual budgetary process Business restructuring and legal entity reorganisations. Acquisition financial due diligence and integration Contract review Delivering the half-year and year-end Group auditsCandidates: We are seeking a high calibre individual who is ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally with 7 years PQE gained either in the Profession or Industry. Candidates should be experienced people managers, have detailed knowledge and experience of the application of IFRS and of drafting half year and year end results in a listed company environment and ideally have worked for a global organisation with multiple subsidiaries. The successful candidate will also be pro-active and self-motivated with great communication skills with the ability to develop relationships across the Group combined with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
