Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a new challenge? Do you like being organised and have a proactive nature. Our client who are based at the home of horse racing in Newmarket are looking for an Accounts Assistant that would like to be part of their well-renowned and respected company. You would be liaising closely with the Company Accountant and would be involved in helping to update and streamline systems. Initially this role would be for 6 months and hours to be negotiated, but it is very likely this position will become permanent for the right candidate. As the Accounts Assistant you will be: - Using accountancy software packages; Sage and Xero - Using Excel daily - Data inputting on a daily basis - Migrating data onto a new system - A competent administrator - Processing invoices in a timely manner - Banking and cash handling As the Accounts Assistant you will have - Solid accounts experience - A relevant qualification is desirable eg: AAT Level 1 or 2 - A proactive nature - Great communication and organisational skills - Experience of streamlining processes - Reconciling supplier statements If you think the Accounts Assistant sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, then we'd love to hear from you To apply for Accounts Assistant, please email with your CV or call .
