Job TitleEnabling Functions Business Partner/ControllerJob DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity to be an essential key player of Enabling Functions by helping them drive and support their financing solutions.You are responsible forAnalyzing and reporting on business performance by means of: Monthly performance, AOP, quarterly forecasting, strategic planning, cost control, target setting / remuneration, etc.Assisting FP&A to develop forward looking analysis/ business projection by integrating historical data and market specific information - AOP, RoFo, business case, cash flows, strategic planning, target setting etc.Actively supporting to identify improvement opportunities by analyzing business performance and market variable.Strategic and operational planning process for enabling functions.Driving decisions on enabling function decisions as well as project assessments and supportive in financing solutions.Driving analysis of enabling function performanceIdentifying, addressing and tracking of business issuesControlling actual expenses, recharge hosted heads ensuring Service Level Agreement structure is in place.Performing true ups according to contractual agreements, planning future costs and preparing back-up documentation for external costs.Leading a cooperative effort among members of a cross functional team.Accountability for timeliness and accuracy of core deliverables (planning, analysis & reporting process and MEC related activities).Planning/forecast reliability.You are a part of a collaborative, committed team comprised of Business Partners, accountants and controllers who deliver quality service and support to different Businesses.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceBachelor or Master's degree in a Finance and/or Accounting orientated studyMinimum of 4 years of working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within an international environmentAdvanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPointExperience with reporting & analytical tools, like SPSS, Business-Intelligence environments, SQL.Strong affinity with LEAN processes and toolsStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and drivenExcellent organization and multitasking skillsNote: We are not providing any relocation sponsorship for this opportunity.A path towards your most rewarding career.
