A creative, dynamic and pioneering property company based in the heart Central London require a part qualified Management Accountant to join their vibrant finance team. Role Responsibilities - Review monthly Balance sheet reconciliations Preparing monthly Management Accounts and forecast Reconciling Intercompany Producing analysis and commentary on monthly P&L's against budget and forecast Help with the production of statutory accounts Prepare yearly budgets Produce quarterly Payroll analysis against budget and forecast Any other adhoc requests from Senior Accountant/FC/FD Candidate Requirements - ACCA/CIMA part qualified (or equivalent) Strong communicator Previous property industry experience would be beneficial however not essential Previous experience in the above role responsibilities Experience working with multiple entities Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary (VLookups, Pivot tables etc)
