Therefore, the key to the success of our business is the contribution of our staff. We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join Business and Operations Team. We are looking for someone is enthusiastic and driven individual to join our close knit team in North London. In this important role, your key responsibilities would be: Dealing with queries - over the phone and via email. Customer Service is key. Matching and Coding invoices Assisting with month and year end procedures Credit card expenses Assisting with all incoming calls Assisting with batch payment runs and running the weekly supplier payment runs High volume data entry and invoice processing Processing returns to ecommerce customers efficiently Responsible for emails into two in-box's General and varied administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be: Approximately 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience of Sage 50 would be advantageous. Will be an excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and written English. Computer literate with experience in outlook, word, excel. Ability to think on your feet, and problem solve. A passionate team player with a proactive, can do attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Willingness to flex and keep up with a fast paced working schedule. A can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile. To represent Thought and promote its brand image through all activities.
