An experienced temporary Credit Controller is urgently needed to join a world leading company based in Feltham. This will be for a three to six-month basis for a project. This role will maximise cash collection, reconciliation, query resolution and reducing DSO across the company. The company has a brilliant office environment

Responsibilities:
Collection of fees for the company Reconciling files and accounts Working with aged debtors resolving queries Working closely with Adjusters, Insurers and Brokers Maintain and issue monthly statements to clients Respond to client requests for information Seek assistance from adjustors to resolve any outstanding issues Process the company's fees and reserves into Class and ECF Manage any queried transactions in Class Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports to identify clients for collection Work towards monthly cash targets Reducing any bad debt within your area Ability to work in multi currencies chasing debt in various countries Any other adhoc duties as required To be considered: IT literate with advanced Word and Excel skills Having worked on various accounting or bespoke systems Excellent query resolution and reconciliation skills with the ability to obtain firm commitments for payment Client focused, good at establishing and building relationships Experience of raising billing issues with senior staff Experience of organising work to ensure objectives are met Experience of negotiating details to which both parties are willing to commit and deliver upon Able to communicate in a clear, concise and structured manner Enjoy working in a team and independently Ability to self-motivate and self-manage their work load Enjoys challenges and resolving queries with a positive attitude and persona Excellent work ethic By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
