Responsibilities:
Manage full payroll process for large volume payroll Resolving pay related queries Ensuring Payroll deadlines are met Input of variable data to the payroll system including overtime, expenses, ensuring correct and timely processing of 4 weekly payroll. Maintain sickness/maternity and other absence payments with maintenance/monitoring of records as necessary while keeping up to date in legislation knowledge making sure the payroll is compliant with statutory changes. Deal with pension queries as and when appropriate Preparing payroll reports and documentation Day-to-day administration of the company benefits Responsible for the interface between company and the payroll/benefit providers for all queries relating to the admin/service Ad hoc payroll admin It is essential candidates must be specialised within the payroll field and if you have experience of dealing with volume payroll that would be beneficial but not essential.
