Working for one of the North East's most recognisable property companies, you will contribute to the effective production of accounts for a portfolio of properties, all with varying year ends. You will assist the rest of the team in ensuring that all charges to leaseholders and issued and recovered in accordance to legislation. About the Role Prepare annual accounts of a portfolio of properties to agreed timescales, whilst monitoring and analyzing expenditure and costing of invoices. Liaise with external accountants, providing year end information and answering queries to ensure time certification of accounts. Work with property managers to provide financial support. Assist in the month end processes Assist in P&L analysis Accruals & prepayments Continuously suggest improvements to processes. Ad-hoc duties as required. About You You will be AAT level 4 qualified or similar Experience preparing simple accounts Experience within a finance role (at least 2 years) Available to start at short notice.
