A fantastic opportunity for a Finance and Accounts Assistant has arisen for our rapidly growing client in Farnham Common. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in processing invoices and dealing with Accounts Payable and Receivable duties on a daily basis. This role would suit a full time candidate or a candidate looking to work 5 days but reduce their hours to part time. Key
Responsibilities:
- The ideal Finance and Accounts Assistant will be dealing with the day-to-day finances of the company including balancing the books and ensuring records and payments are correct as well as raising all client invoices. - Must have an ability to follow up with clients on a weekly basis for overdue invoices as well as maintain weekly reconciliations. - The Finance and Accounts Assistant must be able to manage expenses and petty cash as well as provide a monthly report for payment runs including matching profit sheets against invoices. - To be able to carry out any ad hoc Admin and office support duties. Key Attributes: - Must have minimum of 1-2 years Accounts/Bookkeeping experience and preferably a qualification - Experience in Xero or similar with a knowledge of internal CRM systems and Microsoft Office - Flexible, adaptable and able to work individually and in a team environment. Hours: Monday - Friday Full Time or Part Time (5 part days a week)

£18,000 - 20,000
