Accounts Assistant Our client specialises in Electronic Manufacturing, PCB Assembly and Semiconductor Packaging, and are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Assistant to support a team of 3. Hours Part time position 25 hours per week £22,000 FTE Job Description Reporting to the finance and office manager Providing support to a team of 3 Performing administrative tasks including filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail Accounts Payable and Receivable Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person. Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc. Preparing financial reports. Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. Desirable qualities Good understanding of Microsoft applications Have experience with accounting GCSE/A-level educated Well organised and able to keeps to deadlines Excellent attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills can-do and proactive attitude A background in accounts is desirable but not required, must have a willingness to learn Benefits including: 20 days holiday Free parking Pension scheme Thank you for taking the time to apply to OPR Resourcing Specialists.
