Central London Industry: Retail Hours: Full-time Contract: Permanent Ashley Kate is working for a fantastic organisation in their search for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. About the role As the Payroll Advisor you will be reporting to the HR Manager and be responsible for delivering a first class payroll experience. You will ensure the smooth and efficient processing of their end to end payroll function within the HR department across multiple sites. Your duties will include:
• Processing a monthly payroll on an end to end basis
• Calculate overtime, PAYE, NI, holiday pay and pension contributions.
• Calculate statutory absence payments
• Working knowledge of salary sacrifice schemes
• Have a full understanding of auto enrolment pension
• Testing the HR and Payroll system following any system upgrade or changes
• HMRC online account and monthly payroll reconciliations
• Deliver required information for Budget purposes
• Processing Share vesting schemes through Payroll
• Knowledge of TUPE and its effects on T&Cs
• Manage payroll queries from internal and external stakeholders About you
• Self-motivated individual with an excellent working knowledge of Payroll
• Confident and logical thinking with the ability to remain calm in pressurised situations Essential requirements
• CIPP qualified or qualified by experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in end to end payroll
• Experience of working in a high volume payroll environment, a minimum of 2000 employees
• iTrent experience is desirable, but not essential Benefits
