They are now in a position to recruit a new Finance Manager to manage a big transactional team and support them with their career development, while improving systems and processes along the way. You'll be somebody who always looks for continuous improvement; challenging systems and procedures to ensure the transactional finance functions runs smoothly. You don't necessarily need to be a qualified Accountant, but you will have strong experience of managing big team in a high-volume transactions environment. THE ROLE Managing, mentoring and developing a team of 15 in finance Oversee high-volumes transactions across accounts payable and accounts receivable Process improvement; continuously looking at ways to make systems and processes more efficient and effective Oversee the payroll and treasury functions Ensure invoicing and payment runs are timely and efficient Daily cashflow reporting Define roles within the teams to ensure SLA's are met YOUR EXPERIENCE Proven experience of managing big teams in a transactional accounting environment Experience of improving systems and processes Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
