We have an exciting new opportunity, which has arisen to join a leading technology company as an AP Assistant on an interim basis. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and driven AP Assistant to be part of a pro-active and successful team. The role of the AP Assistant will be as follows: Assisting with month end close Ensuring VAT is correctly accounted for Bank reconciliations Entering invoices and expenses into the finance system Ensuring effective controls are developed and maintained around AP processes Reconcile AP accounts Liaise with internal staff Provide support as required with any ad-hoc projects and administrative duties Essential Attributes: Proficient in Excel Previous accounts payable/purchase ledger experience in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage A strong communicator - both written and verbal Able to use initiative
