This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your accounting experience within a growing and world leading manufacturing company. They are recruiting a Contract Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant for 6 to 12 months to cover maternity leave. The responsibilities of this Contract Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant include:
• Producing the monthly accounts for the UK entity including balance sheet reconciliations and reviewing revenue and cost of sales
• Extensive liaison with budget holders to review costs and drive financial improvement
• Extensive business partnering with Operations to include gross margin analysis, production variance analysis, inventory reporting, analysis of variances against budget and calculation and analysis of KPI's You will ideally have experience of a manufacturing environment with strong communication skills coupled with good commercial sense. In return the company offers a superb and comprehensive benefits package includes 25 days' holiday, the ability to buy or sell up to five days holiday, family private medical insurance, personal pension plan where the company contributes 12% of your pensionable salary and you contribute 3%, life policy and profit related pay. The company pays out a proportion of its annual profits to staff as a cash bonus subject to conditions. In addition, the company has discounts at nationwide gyms, corporate membership of a swimming pool and a squash club.
