Reporting to the Group Finance Director and working in a dynamic small team, this is an excellent opportunity for a hard working and reliable individual to join a well established and successful business. This challenging role will include numerous duties including: Preparation of month end management accounts for subsidiary entities; Balance sheet reconciliations and production of month end files; Production of high quality key monthly management reporting information; Maintenance of accurate accounting records. Assistance in completing year end accounts. VAT reporting. Requirements of Successful Candidates : Pro-active, highly motivated individual who is committed to accuracy and strives for success Thorough approach and high attention to detail Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial information clearly Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a small team. Positive work ethic with an ambition to play an integral role within the business. Must be highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas and functions). Full drivers license and own car. May suit somebody who is Part Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Strong desire to develop their skills and undertake further responsibilities in the future.
