I am pleased to be assisting my client in the recruitment of a payroller/ Finance Assistant. My Client is a growing charitable organisation based is Ashford, Kent. The position has arisen due to retirement. Reporting to the Finance Controller, your role will include duties such as:
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual accounts
• Processing invoices
• Payroll
• Raising sales invoices
• Making payments
• Bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliation
• Providing advice and dealing with general day to day queries successful candidates will be a highly motivated individual who has experience of working in a finance team. You must also be comfortable using accounting systems and Excel.
