Venn Group is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Manager to work within a reputable educational organisation based in Birmingham. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours a week, paying circa £36,000 p/a based on prior experience. Key
Responsibilities:
Directly line manage a team made up of Accounts Receivable Clerks and Credit Controllers Develop and sustain strong working relationship with key stakeholders Monitor processing of invoices Ensure timely collection of payments Support Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members Issue receipts and process refunds as requested Manage customer master data ensuring it is up to date and accurate Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the company policy The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in education, with excellent IT skills and a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a financial environment.
