I currently exclusively partnered with an international recruitment agency who specialise in the creative industry. Working in a vibrant office with a great team this is not an opportunity to miss out on They are currently looking for an experience Payroll officer with recruitment industry experience to join their team on a permanent bases. With the now Payroll officer leaving within the week this is an immediate start vacancy with a weeks handover, so please only apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice. The Role Processing weekly contractor payroll for limited and PAYE contractors Calculating and processing monthly payroll for London and US operations Answering payroll queries from clients, contractors and internal staff Processing quarterly intermediary reports HMRC reporting and reconciliation Processing pension payments and related reconciliations Knowledge of PAYE and limited company tax and legislation Posting payroll journals Calculating holiday pay Producing weekly and monthly reports Raising sales invoices Forecasting and analysis reports Ad hoc finance tasks Skills and Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great attention to detail Effective communicator Ability to multitask Knowledge of working in payroll Skilled in Excel, Outlook, Sage, Xero and ETZ Confident with the ability to use own initiative and work with little guidance
