This is a full-time, 18 month apprenticeship role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £8,970 per annum. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who would like to join our Credit Controller Apprenticeship scheme, which for the right candidate may lead to a permanent position. General Overview: Working towards a Level 3 Advanced Credit Controller Qualification, whilst gaining practical work experience over a period of 18 Months. Experience will be gained within the Accounts Receivable Team who deliver an end to end Order to Cash service to the ENGIE entities in line with agreed SLAs. You will be required to complete online course work and work-based assessments with the assigned Apprenticeship provider. Typical duties you will be learning will include: Set up of customer accounts including credit management; Preparation of invoices and credit notes; Outbound credit control; Cash receipting and allocation; Investigation of unapplied/unidentified cash receipts; Reconciliation of control accounts; Management of aged debtor balances; Cash forecasting; Master data management; Query management (telephone and written); Customer Service. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Ideally have achieved or expected to achieve 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A - C in any subject & GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade D or above. Essential Skills and Knowledge: Do you have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to express solutions and ideas? How are your administration skills? Can you use email, word and spreadsheets? How's your ability to explain routine tasks to others as directed? Do you work well on your own and able to prioritise your workload? Are you good at planning and have good organisational skills? Can you remain calm under pressure? Do you have a logical approach to problem solving? Are you a good team player? Are you able to provide high standards of customer service? Essential Disposition: Are you motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving results and high standards? Do you have the ability to work consistently in an enthusiastic and professional manner? Can you work as part of a team or to work unsupervised as required?
