Elevation Accountancy & Finance are working with a Top 20 Practice as they look to recruit an Audit and Accounts Manager to join their audit division in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large firm looking to invest in a technically strong Audit Senior/Audit Assistant Manager looking to make the next step within professional practice. As a leader within the audit division you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients as well ensuring advice is accurate and technical issues are effectively resolved. As an Audit and Accounts Manager you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships and will be expected to effectively network. Reporting into the Partners the role would suit an individual with a minimum of 3 years' working in practice and who is comfortable managing a team both on and off site. Duties and

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of audit and accounts clients Ensuring advice to clients is accurate, appropriate and clear Resolve technical issues with clients and colleagues Supervise staff at varying levels of qualification and experience to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard of accuracy and client care Take responsibility for the training and development of staff, including carrying out appraisals and assisting with the development of their technical skills and knowledge.
