Your new company
A Multi-site property and facilities management business with a UK wide presence, based in Liverpool. This company is growing rapidly and winning new contracts on a regular basis. This highly commercial role partnering the sales team and senior management is critical to their growth plans.

Your new role
In a contract-led environment (similar to logistics) you will prepare business cases to evaluate and support bids for new contracts. Working closely with the sales director you will identify new commercial opportunities. You'll support contract negotiation with financial analysis, and will be responsible for advising on pricing of products and services.

You'll be responsible for reviewing customer and product mix and ensuring that the business is maximising its opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be experienced in commercial finance in a contract - led environment and will have excellent business partnering skills with sales and commercial teams. Ideally you will have exposure to supplier and customer negotiations and will have supported senior management in winning new contracts.
