Practice Accountant - Established Cardigan Practice - up to £30,000

A well established and well respected West Wales Practice. They have a reputation for supporting local businesses and producing work of a high quality. There is a great deal of experience within the team, so the environment is very supportive and great for someone looking to take the next step in their Practice career. After another year of organic growth, they are looking to add a Practice Accountant to their team.

Your new role
There is flexibility depending on your current capabilities. The structure is such that you would provide all around Accountancy support to your clients, although there is the knowledge and experience in the team to cover gaps in knowledge around tax etc. They are able to provide someone with plenty of client facing work, and portfolio ownership, whether that is straight away or something that you would develop to as your knowledge levels grew.

What you'll need to succeed
you should either be ACA/ACCA qualified, or an ACA/ACCA studier, with at least 3 years experience in Practice. Given the direction of the sector, someone who is comfortable with technology is a big plus, as is someone who is comfortable with the fast paced nature of Practice work.
