My client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their finance team based in Hammersmith.

Description
As a finance assistant you will be responsible for:
Reconcile client cash floats, updating receipts and payments on a weekly basis including conversion of foreign currency rebate payments
- Forecast upcoming rebate payments to determine required client funding for float accounts and liaise with the Finance Assistant - Rebate Processing on client funding positions
- Batch and process high volume weekly multi-currency payments and import to banking software
- Provide reporting to clients on their float balances, attend to resolution of any queries or discrepancies related to the float balances held
