Job Details
I am currently working exclusively with a charity based in Birmingham who are seeking a financial accountant for a period of 3 months +. It is worth noting that if there is a suitable candidate, there is a potential to for the individual to go permanent after a certain amount of time.
It would be extremely advantageous if the candidate is fully CCAB qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA etc.) and has experience with:
- Charity VAT exemption
- Charity SORP
- A charity background
In this role, you would be responsible for:
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Production of Statutory Accounts
- Variance Analysis
- Liaising with external auditors
- Management of 2 direct reports
