We Offer Purpose of the Job Develop and implement the China strategy and initiatives The accountability to support CSAM distribution efforts in China and NNA growth The accountability to build and maintain relationship with Institutional and corporate clients in China Support the CSAM WFOE and QDLP business development and operation efforts Support JV ICBCCS, and improve the relationship The chance to do ad hoc tasks as assigned by management Reporting Relationship Report to Head of China, Asset Management Key Responsibilities Drive Asset Management China distribution in collaboration with the regional Distribution Team, Investment Team and Various Support Functions Support the QDLP project and implement detailed distribution plans with onshore distributors / investors for QDLP fund in China. Support the onshore set-up and administration of the QDLP feeder fund to invest into offshore CSAM products. Build and maintain effective communication with CSAM management to timely update all significant developments in local China market. Support the management of local vendors including fund administrator and safekeeping banks where needed. Support the management of the onshore operations of the CSAM legal entities in all aspects including Finance, A/P and Tax etc. where needed. Support the ICBCCS JV relationship and business initiatives by working with JV CSAM internal colleagues. Collaborate closely with and support China team on business activities, clients requests and roadshow planning with investment team, help prepare CSAM products marketing materials and DDQ with the thoughtful approach to compliance, and improve the after-sales service. LI-CSJOB You Offer You have a Degree with a major in Finance, Economics or Business 5-7 years industry experience in asset/fund management. You have understanding of Asia and China markets. You have experience taking care of Institutional and Corporate clients in China is preferred. You are dedicated, convincing, eloquent and outgoing personality with team spirit and drive. You have the ability to multi-task and have good time management skills. You have strong communication skills, and fluent in English and Mandarin. You possess strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You are hardworking, detail oriented and self-motivated You should have strong work ethic.
