The MSREI team in San Francisco is looking for a Full-Time Analyst or Associate to support the Asset Management team in several areas, including -Working directly with senior asset managers, leasing brokers, joint venture partners, and property managers on multiple assets across both the core and opportunistic strategies and all product types -Preparing quarterly asset valuations and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly and annual business plans -Assisting with acquisition and disposition due diligence and valuations and asset (re)financings -Helping to execute business development initiatives Qualifications Qualifications / Skills / Requirements -Bachelors degree with superior academic performance -1-4 years of prior work experience in real estate, finance, economics or accounting, or a related field -Experience with real estate financial modeling and Argus DCF or Enterprise is a plus -Knowledge of real estate appraisal fundamentals a plus -Strong analytical and technical skills -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Superior attention to detail -Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player -Ability to handle multiple assignments at once and meet critical deadlines The team is also open to considering candidates based in our Los Angeles location.
