Job Description Payroll HUB Student intern will support payroll processes for 17 countries in Latin-American and more than 4,500 employees. He/She will support LAT Payroll specialists with their day to day activities and his/her responsibilities will include the following (amongst other activities) Stock Purchase Plan reporting to CS and Finance. Statutory reports or consolidation of payroll information for internal audits. Global Mobility reports download and consolidation. SAP HC Reports and others required locally by governmental entities. Social security certificates and proof of payment. Loan requests and termination letters for saving fund. Tickets related to password reset and other access issues to vendor portals Tickets related to pay slips/CFDI requests "Zero payroll" report Eye glasses' benefit refund requests consolidation INEGI report SS, Saving Fund and Medical Insurance payments comparison Follow up to CFDI generation for every payroll and solve rejections Sick leave refund request to SS entities Cost centers reports Car benefit discounts report SOX Controls and KPI's reminders and follow up Live life support documents validation Job Grade/Level BTA Advanced English Accepted bachelor degrees Accounting Business Administration Industrial Engineering Finance
