Impressive UK leisure business going through an exciting period of growth are looking for a Finance Director. Key to the role is to lead and manage all financial areas of the business, maximising revenue, profit and shareholder value, while also providing strong strategic and commercial input to various stakeholders. The Role Ensure all financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures are in place and adhered to Develop, implement and manage systems to ensure the efficient delivery of all financial aspects of the business Play an active role as a Board member, providing timely and relevant financial information and analysis to the Board and banking partners Stakeholder management with PE house and lender Provide the Exec and operational teams with relevant, accurate and timely reporting Develop the annual budget and present to the Board for approval Deliver the year-end financial audit Provide ROI justification for all projects Create an efficient and robust supply chain for all products Implement all necessary processes to ensure the financial stability and security of the business Monitor and control the flow of cash receipts and disbursements Develop financial and accounting systems for invoices and banking transactions Liaise with HR team with regard to information required for payroll in terms of new and current employees Coordinate risk and insurance for the business to control risks and losses Define and deliver an IT roadmap for the business The Person Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) Experience of working in SME with PE backing (preferred) M&A experience (preferred) Preparation of budgets and forecasts Managing and developing a team Working in a multi-site organisation
