Interim FP&A Manager
Location:
Hove Length: 12m £60k-£65k Ignata Finance are pleased to be recruiting an Interim FP&A Manager for a growing business in Hove. This role will be on a fixed term 12 month contract. Job purpose To provide analysis and insight through monthly commentary and, challenge current performance and forecast expectations. Lead on the development and implementation of rolling forecasts and enhanced cash reporting and management. Role and
responsibilities:
Review and challenge monthly results submissions, preparing insight within management accounts Manage central models for projecting margins Develop enhanced cash reporting and tools to provide more effective cash budgeting Continually refine rolling forecast solution to allow for accurate monthly outturns to be generated Track and develop an understanding of key risks and opportunities Work alongside the FP&A Manager to collate narrative for board and management team reporting Support on the co-ordination of the budgeting process, providing key insight and challenge Able to identify, investigate and explain key financial issues and trends within the planning, budgeting and forecasting data, and conveying it clearly and accurately to the senior management team Skills and qualifications required: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification Experience of management reporting to Board level Experience of developing analytics and new reports High levels of IT skills (Financial Systems, Excel and Word) Ability to communicate and build effective relationships with employees at all levels Experience of dealing with challenging customers and stakeholders
