The Company A large organisation based in North Tyneside. The Role This is an end to end Purchase Ledger position within a small accounts team. Typical responsibilities will include: Posting purchase invoices. Supplier statement reconciliations Expenses/Credit Card reconciliations Monitoring the accounts email - printing invoices and handling queries Receiving calls for accounts. Assisting with audit queries Some payroll adjustments Setting up bank payments Complete customer set up forms Holiday Cover The Person The successful candidate will: Be an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk Have had exposure to the end to end Accounts Payable Process Be driven and motivated Show commitment to achieving results within a hardworking team. Have excellent IT skills and be apt at picking up new systems (experience of Sage 50 desirable) Friendly, personable and team player
