Mansfield Black are currently assisting a well established exciting Retail Organisation in hiring an accounts assistant for a 4 month temp role which may extend for longer. They client really wants someone who is energetic, with a great eye for detail and solid commitment. The successful candidate doesn't need to have any finance experience, but around a few months would be ideal. A great attitude and communication are a must as its a real all round role. Main duties include: Accurate input of supplier invoices and ensure comply with company policy Reconcile supplier statements Assist with cash and currency reporting Create and maintain supplier accounts Process expenses Raise daily sales invoices in a timely manner.
