A leading Managed IT Services Provider is looking for an Accountant / Bookkeeper to join their team based in Wokingham. This position is maternity cover with a minimum period of 10 months. They are a very friendly and professional company and are looking for someone like-minded in this regard to join the team. As their Accountant / Bookkeeper, your role will involve overseeing the day to day functionality of the finance department and supervision of their Business Administrator. About the role: Overall responsibility for the Sales Ledger for 3 companies owned by them Ownership of the Purchase ledger function for all 3 companies, including posting invoices and preparation of payments Weekly cash forecasting and reporting Maintaining cashbook / bank reconciliations Managing employee expenses Supporting CFO in preparation of Payroll and pension Assisting with VAT return and EC Sales Ad-Hoc office management and administration Supervision of Business Administrator who's core duties include: maintaining sales order log, sales ledger/invoicing, credit control, contract administration, on-boarding of new customers and suppliers Required Experience: Sage Line 50 Sage Payroll Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint Double Entry Bookkeeping Sounds interesting?
