Qatar for a temporary basis and then relocation to London Type: Permanent My client who are a Health and Fitness business are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their existing team, based in Qatar. The sole responsibility for this position will be to head up the whole Financial function whilst having the ability to fluently speak the Arabic language. Responsibilities:
Managing all financial accounting functions including purchase ledger, sales ledger, cashbook as well as supporting with administration and fund reporting Ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date in the accounting system Managing cash-flow and the payroll function in the organisation Managing the reconciliation on all control accounts Actively improving and developing our systems and processes Making suggestions on new financial procedures and systems Responsible for the processing of all cash receipts and incoming funds Responsible for all payments including authorised expenses/petty cash, salaries, payroll, pension and national insurance Any ad-hoc administrative duties when required Person Specification: Qualified / Part-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Highly numeric/strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced level spreadsheet skills and PC literacy Knowledge of accounting and ERP software Strong written reporting skills Confident communication skills Strong commercial acumen Drive to continually improve processes and seek new challenges Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meet deadlines Ability to be flexible with good people skills Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
