The team has a wide range of experience across a number of sectors, gained in practice and industry, ensuring that we can constantly adapt to our clients' requirements. We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Edinburgh office, working closely with the Partners to drive growth and business development opportunities. Auditing and financial reporting remains high on the agenda as the implications of not getting it right can be serious. Job Description: What you'll be doing: Facilitating and leading business development conversations Managing a portfolio of clients Taking an active role in the management of the audit department Supporting and communicating with the Partner group Providing coaching and training to staff Who we're looking for: Driven individuals with experience of proactively generating and converting business development opportunities You'll have experience of managing audits of varying sizes across a range of industries, with an emphasis on complex clients You'll have a genuine interest in our clients with an ability to confidently discuss business challenges and needs Outstanding technical knowledge with experience of leading valuable discussions with our clients We have an open and collaborative culture and as such, you need the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels Experience of taking responsibility for the running of the wider audit department, proactively working with the management team Professional qualification such as ACA, ICAS or ACCA (minimum criteria) Intermediate Excel skills are essential Exposure to Case Ware is desirable Passionate about supporting, advising and helping businesses achieve their potential, you'll be someone who wants to make a difference and shape your career and a Vibrant Economy.
